Seamus Mclaughlin is a Glaswegian student who brings his marketing expertise to the label. Raised in the rich cultural melting pot of the Glasgow music scene, his passion for music was founded at a young age.

From Liverpool, English Literature student Iris Thirlwall provides her writing and journalistic experience, as well as musical knowledge in helping curate our playlists.

Archie Sørensen is an Edinburgh born music student and producer who specialises in audio engineering, songwriting, recording and the music industries.
What is New Town about?
New Town Records is a non-profit record label and music media platform. The project is designed with creativity and collaboration in mind. It is to be used as a hub for expression and experience, without profit motives.
